Eat veg. food instead of non veg.
Eat fruits-green veg. also.

take less food than your normal diet,
take less water while eating.
chew the food properly.
Fixed your lunch-dinner time.

Remember the fact that ,
Food influence the mind & health.
So be careful about your diet.
