Most of the diseases originated
by Tension & worries.

Nobody is free from
Pressure, Tension & Worries.
Positively they, makes us active.
There are not harmful,
if there are released time to time.
& no adverse situation arises.

Causes of Pressure, Tension & Worries,
Irregularity & no planning,
Behavior, bad habits & nature,
Indolence & idealness etc.

If we avoid such causes,
by thinking & meditation technique
we may not be victimize
of Pressure, Tension & Worries
& we can live worry & tension free life
Which makes our life,
happy, peaceful & delightful.
