Krishna said : Whose senses are under control, his mind is stable. The man living with senses, develops attachment, which raise desire, when desire is not achieved then anger is created. From anger raise delusion;from delusion confusion of memory; from confusion of
memory, loss of reason; From loss of reason(intelligent)one goes to complete ruin.But self controlled man enjoying sense object which are disciplined & free from, likes & dislike, attains peace of mind. With this peace his sorrow ceases & intelligent of such person will firmly established in God. He who has not controlled his mind, & sense, neither have determinate intellect nor contemplation nor peace. & there be no happiness without peace. As wind carries boat on water, sense objects carries away discrimination of the person. Therefore whose senses restrained from their objects is said to have stable mind. Even though all river meet ocean still, remains undisturbed likewise he whom enjoyment does not disturbance & attain peace, not hanker by such enjoyment. He who has given up all desire & moves from attachment, egoism & thirst for enjoyment attains peace.
