आएगी तो जीवन खिल उठेगा और
वरदान बनेगा ।आप के आसपास
मौजूद हर चिज़ आप कि उपस्थिती
पसंद करके, खुद को उपलब्ध करे ।
आप कि पसंद या ना पसंद हि
आप के दुःख का कारण है, आप
जिस को पसंद करते है या नापसंद
दोनों को आप मन में बढा चढा कर

1907 थकान

थकान के दो प्रकार है,
शारीरिक और मानसिक ।
महेनत से ऊर्जा का खर्च
होती है ईसलिए थकान
महेसूस होती है और मन
भी थक जाता है ।
दिमाग का ईस्तमाल और
ज्यादा सोचने से मानसिक
थकान महेसूस होती है, तो
शारीरिक थकान भी आती है ।
आराम से शारीरिक और
ध्यान से मानसिक थकान
कम हो शकती है ।
तनाव और चिंता से भी
शारीरिक और मानसिक
थकान आती है ।
काम करने से थकान ठीक
है मगर रूश के एक नर्तक
को नृत्य नहि करे तो थकान
महेसूस होती है ।
नृत्य करते थकता नहि था
क्यूकि वो नृत्य करते नृत्य
आनंद लेता है ।
कोई भी ईच्छीत,पसंद का
काम आनंद और उत्साह से
किया जाय तो थकान नहि
लगती है ।
मन का स्वभाव है कि एक
हि प्रकार के काम से वो
ऊब जाता है और फिर
थकान आती है, ईसलिए
थोडे समय के बाद काम
में बदलाव या आराम या
मनोरंजन से थकान दूर
हो जाने के बाद फिर काम
करना चालू रखना तो फिर
थकान महेसूस नहि होगी ।

ન બોલવું કે ચૂપ રહેવું એ
શારીરિક કે બહારનું મૌન.
જરૂરપુર્તૂં અને ઓછુ બોલવું,
અશરકાર હોય છે એ એક
પ્રકારનું મૌન કહેવાય છે.
વધારે બોલવું એ બેઅશર
હોય છે ને બકવાસ લાગે.
મન વિચાર શૂન્ય રહે એ
માનસિક કે આંતરિક મૌન.
મુશ્કેલીમાં વધારે વિચારો
થી માનસિક થાક કે તનાવ
કે ડીપ્રેશન આવે છે.
મૌન શારીરિક ને માનસિક
થાક નો રામબાણ ઈલાજ.
મૌન શક્તિ વર્ધક હોય છે.
